I think it’s safe to say that 2020 has been a learning experience for all of us. For those of us that were already struggling, another helping of anxiety fear and frustration just seemed to pile onto the heap with no relief in sight 😕. Seeing myself sitting at a cross-road, the one thing that I was sure of was that I couldn’t continue on the road I was on. Something had to change and to my core, I was positive that it was my mindset. Having just finished a body transformation with Christopher Warnes, and noticing how stress and negativity were affecting my progress, I was ready to do something different. Being a person of faith, it’s not easy to say that I struggle. People have a notion that we have it all figured out and hop along like little happy bunnies -so not true BUT I did ask God for help, and that’s when the teacher appeared 🙂
Dominate Your Day has been pivotal in changing my mindset. There is work required , but the return on this investment in yourself is invaluable. I have learned to set myself up for success daily with custom morning and evening routines, which have been really freeing.
